Pre-requisites


  • You should have a paid Zoom plan for your organization
  • To enable the integration, you should be a Zoom Admin


How to Enable the Integration


There are two apps that you would need to integrate,

  1. Org level integration: This helps you to track attendance and collect the stats of the learners joining the session
  2. User level integration: This helps you track the schedule the VILT course, send out the invitation, start the session and other functionalities from GTM Buddy UI


Please follow the steps below to complete the integration:
Login into your tenant using Google, Microsoft or SSO




Org-level Integration:

  1. Click on the Settings icon
  2. Navigate to Integrations  
  3. You will find Zoom Integration under Conversation Intelligence 


User-level Integration:

  1. Click on Profile Name at the top right corner 
  2. Click on Profile 
  3. Navigate to Connected Apps
  4. Click on “Connect to Zoom” 
  5. Login window will pop up try to log in with your Zoom Credentials and Accept the Permissions 




 

     

Once after Successful Login you will see that Zoom is Enabled as in the Screenshot Below.

How To Disable the  Zoom Integration

  1. Hover over the Disable box
  2. You will be Able to Remove Zoom Integration
       Do this for both User- level & Org-level
