1. Once connected, how frequently is data sent from Gong to GTM Buddy?
GTM Buddy and Gong are synced real time. Users at their discretion, can manually import recordings from Gong to GTM Buddy.
2. I’m unable to import Gong calls to GTM Buddy — what settings should I check before contacting support?
Expired Integration Token is one of the most common reasons for not being able to find and import Gong Calls to GTM Buddy .
The simple fix is to re-enable the integration - Go to Organization Settings and navigate to Integrations > Disable the integration and re-enable it , this will refresh the token.
If this doesn't fix the issue then contact support@gtmbuddy.ai for further assistance.
3. Does GTM Buddy automatically pull in all the Gong recordings to GTM Buddy?
No, Admins will have to manually import the required Gong recordings to GTM Buddy.
Note: Only the recordings that the account/Id used for enabling the integration has access to, will be available for import.

GTM Buddy provides a single source of truth for all Sales Content and helps save sellers' time and energy by surfacing contextually relevant content within their workflow.
For example: Let's say a seller is getting into a meeting with the Head of Marketing , GTM Buddy displays the best in class conversation with that particular persona that they can refer to within their Calendar.
The Gong and GTM Buddy Integration allows Admins to;
- Import those hand-picked , gold standard Gong Conversations to GTM Buddy and surface them along the sellers' workflow
- Immediately share and and manage meeting recordings via Digital Sales Rooms . Make sure all the stakeholders(Buying team) have access to important meeting recordings that they can reference in one place.
